About delivery
1. General goods will be charged relevant customs duties and fees when they arrive in the destination country. For details, please contact the local customs to understand the specific policies. We are not responsible for any customs fees;
2. If there is a delay due to force majeure such as customs, weather, etc., please wait patiently or contact us in time, we will try our best to help you;
3. If the order contains battery, please select the "Battery Special Line" transportation method, if the order contains motor, “China Post” is unavailable, you need to choose DHL; for ordinary light goods (≤2kg), you can choose China Post or DHL, the former is cheap but the delivered is long, the latter is higher in price but the delivered is fast; for ordinary heavy goods (>2kg), you can only choose DHL; "DHL" option refers to a variety of similar courier services based on DHL.
4. "Battery Special Line" includes the customs of the country of destination of the goods, except Australia, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina. If the order contains batteries and the goods arrive in local in the above countries, the customer needs to pay customs duties.

About warranty
1. All goods are guaranteed for one year except customer damaged;
2. All goods are new and have been well-test and well-pack before delivery;
About return & refund
1. Returns must be applied within 3 days after buyer receive the cargo if it is wrong or damaged. Please provide exact proof by photo or video to us. And then we will deal with the return or refund after it was judged to be our responsibility;
2. If the flawed product can be accepted by concession, we will refund part of it. If can't, we will refund or re-deliver the goods after receiving the return;
3. Returns or refund requests due to customer purchase mistake, damage and custom products are not accepted;
